I hope you're right and I'm wrong. I am a big follower of Princeton Economics Institute. Their basic premise has been for a long time that Gold will rise,but not now. There are some real wild monetary things going on and here's a saying they use, "The US dollar is the weakest currency on earth,except for all others."

Japan is a key and they continue to avoid the tough decisions. The Yen will fall hard and the dollar will.....soar again.

This is their deal anyway. They believe it will be about 2002 before AU goes into a long term bull phase. Also,they think AU will head toward $200 before changing. I hate to say it,but they have been right for quite a while. It's my guess that we're in the right company whenever AU gets happy.
