for your benefit, here's a repetition of a post I made yesterday. Was Jack Robertson making it up in January? Was Tench making it up in Spring? Or perhaps Intel were making it up last week when they said the P4/SDRAM news was old news?

My memory is clear on this one. If you don't know what the major players are doing in the memory industry regards RDRAM, then I suggest you tone down the vehemence of your arguments on the Rambus thread and start listening to those who know more than you.

P4 is not moving away from RDRAM, it will be able to interface with a variety of DRAM types, including RDRAM.
