i guess you like the homebuilders as well since they were the other group of stocks in a vertical frenzy this week as the Street was pushing them out the door to the suckers.... LOL

You'll have more luck trying to convince a fencepost to go long than with Luc.

I on the other hand, have an open mind- and when I see stocks like MCD, which I sold more than a year ago (for a nice profit I may add) making double bottom formations, I take note.

I do still belive that the right place to be was out of most stocks since mid 98. If you picked the right 1/3 that actually went up, Nice job. I don't pretend to be able to do that consistently, though I did do well in gold stocks in 99.

The time for fence posts to be able to make money in stocks may be near. I'm long gold and energy fairly big.

Seasonally, August rallies should not be bought, no? The seasonality of the markets has been amazing the past few years.
