For biotech the index is BTK. For energy services, the index is OSX.

In Yahoo, BTK is ^BTK, OSX is ^OSX

Just checking out the "ten" top holdings recently in the Biotech fund, it is apparent that when they take a hit on any given day that hit seems to be an awful lot larger than any increase on any given day at least lately (the 10 top).

Maybe this has occurred for a long time? Even more ups than downs won't help when the downs are deeper.

Could it be just the luck of the draw?
