<<I would like to hear from old-timers who know Morgan far better.>>

I'm not an old timer as far as Morgan is concerned but I've got a few seasons of watching CNBC under my belt. Two years ago Morgan was on CNBC saying happy things. Now Mark Haines is a pretty sharp cookie cutter and I've seen him tear into CEOs when his BS detector goes off. Didn't happen. He agreed with Captain Morgan and has every time he's been on.

I ran out and bought some AMAT $30 (pre split) on Haines reaction. Ran up, backed off. Lit up and took off. My cost is $15 so even though I'd love to see it @ $100+ I can't feel bad. As I see it the world will need more and more chips. Newer chip designs. Both mean more and more chip making equipment will be needed. Can't really see any downside in this for AMAT unless China attacks Taiwan.
