DUBAI, Saudi Arabia (CBS.MW) - The Saudi Arabian government has blocked Internet users from accessing clubs on the Web site of portal operator Yahoo, Reuters reported Sunday.

Saudi Arabian official said the clubs were blocked because of concerns about "pornographic content." Users can join or create clubs through Yahoo (YHOO: news, msgs), which provide them with chat rooms, message boards and links to other sites.

Last year, Saudi Arabia blocked some America Online (AOL: news, msgs) services also over concerns about content, according to the Reuters report.
