Do you really think Greenspan created the '90's boom? I think it had a lot more to do with the arrival of the baby boom generation at its peak years of production/consumption/investment, and with the mainstream acceptance of productivity-enhancing information technologies. It would have happened no matter who was occupying the chairs in DC.

You surprise me; the notion that economic cycles are driven by bureaucrats or politicians is hardly one I'd expect you to accept.
