Roger I think what is going on here with Bryan is that he is taking his personal problems out on one in the family. This occurs when an individual follows a course of action in life where they think they need to be a kiss ass in their job and then find that that despite being a kiss ass they lose their job anyway. This is not unlike the loyal wife who finds out her husband is cheating, then goes bananas and screws around with everyone. Try to be understanding as there is nothing worse than to be known as the "fired kissass". Expect more backlash.
