A great deal of the pressure on gold price is not being put there to hurt gold, but to prevent the economics of mining it here in the US. A part of this is a war is against people using their property as they wish & allowing big brother to tell us of the west how we will be allowed to make a profit from the use of our property.

"Residents and local elected officials in the targeted area fear that the new designation will spell eventual forced sales of homes and loss of valuable farmland, despite assurances to the contrary by the Fish and Wildlife Service. "
