Jack - I agree DELL is oversold but may drop some more. If it continues down I may buy calls, if it goes up I'll sell calls. I suspect it will trade in a new and lower range, mid-30s to mid-40s until their next earnings, too much uncertainty as to what DELL is really up to. The confusing financials with no investment broken out, and the doubletalk around server sales are also adding to the discomfort, since those two factors go to the heart of much of the analysis. Several analysts had said that even if revs were light, a pickup in server sales with related margin would show the right trend. DELL's lack of clarity on those issues may have been an attempt to hide the ball but if so it has backfired.
