For every seven shares of AANP you own you get two free trading shares of CCCX. You also get 5 shares of $2.00 Series A, callable, cumulative, convertible preferred with a 4% dividend (paid on the $2.00), and a detachable warrant. The preferred is callable after one year by CCCX for $3.00, at which time you can buy one share of CCCX common for $3.00 regardless of price. All securities, including the detachable warrant will be registered and will trade. AANP shareholders are big winners. CCCX is picking up a company worth 371 million on their books, and the booked sales should pay for the company in 2 years. Sounds like everyone won. ragingbull.altavista.com ===== By: gambler2010 $$$ Reply To: 618 by Flesh4Lulu Monday, 14 Aug 2000 at 7:31 PM EDT Post # of 630 If you are referring to me, I am a powerful, persuasive woman. Even if I am young and blond. I understand another acquisition will happen soon, perhaps this week. Don’t miss that one. I had 30,000 shares of AANP and sold half at .90. Blond was showing through and I feel dumb! ragingbull.altavista.com [Yes, you were quite dumb for trading on insider information] ===== - Jeff
