I know Carpino has us up here for a few weeks, but "the market" just is not fine-tuned enough for me. He tracks the SPX as the proxy for everything. But earnings season is over, this is expiry week, and I think many many stocks will just head lower. The only stocks in the top dog spot in tech that continue to work well are EMC and SUNW. I trade them both. But I have no IT or LT money in the markets and have not had such for quite some time. I agree with the view (expressed most articulately by Heinz B) that the excesses will take a while to wring out. We are not finished. That said, semis may have a run here. They look to have put in a ST bottom
