if rmbs breaks 77 the skys the limit. all kinds of resistance there. i hesitate to sell covered calls here. two things will boom rmbs. another drammer signing or p 4 being a big launch success.infineon etc. would be a coup. siemens owns infineon and knows whether to fight the patents or pay up. it will be the lesser of 2 evils that siemens choses. if anyone fights the patents and loses, triple damages maybe accessed and more importantly, an injuction could be issued. a kiss of death for any co. not paying royalities to rmbs.
