It that what IBM said when INTC was struggling to survive in ~1985? INTC almost failed, but IBM made some mistakes.. Now look where you are.

No Company is bullet proof. And the Bigger you are the slower to react you get.

Re: Cisco is the beast of the universe. Figured out yesterday that their YOY quarterly revenues have accelerated 10 quarters in a row, from about 30% to last week's reported 60.7%. If sheer company growth warrants a high PE, Cisco should get it. What did Hammer say "You can't touch this"?

Tony, I take it you don't know how to read a financial statement? Sure CSCO revenues may look good, but how about OPERATING INCOME???? CSCO's books are cooked just as badly as Intel, if not worse. You can't grow profits when you are dumping your product at cost on the market. A look at Cisco's last quarter YoY shows pretty clearly that much like Intel, Cisco is NOT growing OPERATING INCOME.

Big cap tech is a wasteland, many fortunes will be lost as it takes years for people to figure this out.
