I know intc has, but I'm not so sure about txn. They had a real pile of shares as well as a convert bond that makes a whole lot of sense to exercise in the now 40 (post split) buck range. I recall POS can force the conversion in October, though my files on this are in storage.

In any event, someone was dumping at the tail end of last week and that seems to be over, which no doubt is why the upgrades come out today. This puppy is going to close out the week 15 cents off some strike, probably $80. Which makes my 75s worthless. -s- This is so predictable.

Luc, INTC has at least $1 BILLION worth of POS to unload still...
