Yea, I always pay attention to such articles whenever they come under my nose. I took some religious studies in university and was always struck by the apparent harshness of Islam. Very hard for a European westerner to understand.

See how diplomatic that prose is. Now that's Canadian. The American way seems to be to blow the gable-ends out of their tents. -g

Ouch, those Muslims don't mess around. Malaysia isn't quite as bad as their Arab brethren and don't chop your head or hands off for armed robbery, but they do tack on 5 years to the sentence for each bullet you have along. That is in addition to the 15 or so years for the empty gun and whatever the crime of robbery carries. -g-
