I am holding 03QCOM DITM leaps (slightly underwater at the moment) and have been wondering what effect SPINCO will have on the value of them. In a couple of months they will sell 10% of SPINCO. This will have to decrease the value of QCOM albeit by a relatively small amount.

When they spin the rest off next spring however, this could really drop the price of QCOM. Do you, or any one, have a guess as to how they will handle this to protect the leap holders?

Strictly IFR up here in Yankee land today. Below minimums at the airports and even on most golf courses. Temp 64 :-( TIA

Bob

Hey V Man,

Yes. I did tell them to kiss my ass. It is funny how everyone wants to be your best buddy when you have mucho cash. God how it is a different story when there is little to no money left.

As always V, thanks.
