That is correct. Downward momentum and huge insider unloading should easily carry it to 10 -14 range.

Marie, Sometimes it works out that way. Volume today was ten times 10 day average volume. Guess a lot of folks wanted to cash out......... DVSA is now in a downtrend, yet the selloff seems overdone, and largely the result of the lockup shares flooding the float, as you say. After five consecutive down days, DVSA looks ready to correct back towards its declining 10 and 20 day MAs even if the lockup release had not occurred. Also, there will be a tendency to fill the gap created today. Technical bounce tomorrow?? WS
