good Q. there was some worry this morning about sales/earnings from another networker (I cannot recall who) but that does not explain this. When we pull back, she's head under 60-- then people will flip

Because people realize that CSCO is nothing more than a huge pyramid scheme and there is a lot of quiet distribution.

Same price range as first week of February

Because the P/E of 120 is still sooooo high and there is a general compression of the P/E ratio throughout the Nasdaq. People are just sick of paying such a high "P" for such a low "E."
