LU looks to be putting in a base right now....The official P&F bearish price objective is pretty bleak and probably a bit too low. However, LU has not come up with a story that indicates to me that they have a plan to stop the bleeding. I personally don't think that it is time yet to bottom fish LU for a long term position.....though a s/t trade could work out.
