Fleecing the Sheep John: <<This should be litigation worthy!>> Suggest you read the gory details contained in the ALSC annual meeting proxy statement on page 13. It detals how the Alliance Venture funds (run by the Reddy brothers and one un-named individual) rake off 15% of all investment gains from the funds. So, in addition to the start up board memberships, the stock options granted with those memberships, the no obligation promisary notes granted by ALSC, the ALSC stock options, these guys are just not satisfied. They have to take another 15%. Unbelievable! This stock price should be at $40-$50? Not with these guys in control.
