It's the pre-pre CPI rally, to be followed by the pre-CPI rally to be finally followed by the CPI rally. Only to be followed next by the options expiration rally. And soon to be followed after that by the pre-Labor Day rally, and so on and so on and so on.... It's a mind-bogglin' thang what all those Fed clownbux can do in the capable hands of Wall Street.
