Good morning Sonny. Thank you for your post. According to a few analysts on this side, Feds will raise 0.25 at the most. That is the last this year and then we will get the rally. The rally will depend on the language the Feds use. As for the Russian Sub, they fired two shots before they nose dived? At what? US has the technology to help them out but has not volunteered! WHy?? As Marcos Aurelios said "Ask questions!"
