Mama Bear while I would not claim to understand the process (not my field). I did ask at work (investment management co that got over 100B under management) and I was told that that could be true but one should take all shares out circulations so "borrowing" would not be possible either. It actually happened few weeks back with palm when palme created an arbitrage opportunity. And i was not insulted, I just wish you guys put arguments instead of insults and "I told you so" posts Regards -Albert
