If he homeschool's his own, he shouldn't have to pay for yours to attend a bad public school.

Public schools are costly, inefficient, and lead to more government control of our lives (through our children in this case).

What does that have to do with your argument that we should eliminate public schools.

Why have public schools in the first place? If the people
in this country think it is necessary and good education be available to everyone why have a socialistic system provide it. If we decide that government will pay for it why not let private providers compete for the money? We have food stamps in this country but we don't have government run free
grocery shops. Why would government be a better provider of education then the private sector?
