First you post your orders then you post your fills ..

Example:

I am already short 5 and I want to sell 5 more contracts at a limit of 1490 so I post:

sell 5 limit 1490

Then a couple of bars later it gets filled. So then the post looks like:

sell 5 limit 1490 edit filled now short 10

got it?
