I understand Your points. But there is no respective analysts following small cap stocks. What comes to price targets, I don't take them seriously, because they have been always wrong in those newsletters. And even too low in several cases. Analystgroup.com newsletter set a price target to $12 some six months ago, when HCOM was $7.
What comes to HomeCom products, I see this company more as developers. They will develop some product and sell it to get quick return and start another product. It's not catastrophic, that they sold InsureRate.
About "pump and dump". See title of this thread "HCOM - Short Term Gain".
I will keep my HCOM longer, than just for quick return and look, what will happen. To me, HomeCom sounds interesting company.
