Bob - as an observer - and knowing you have not invested in this stock - and knowing that it is illegal for domestic accounts to short an otc-bb, may I ask how it is that you would find time to trash a stock such as JPEI at .50?

Your newsletter would gain far more respect had you written an article about an equity investor who aquired several companies out of bankruptcy court and the surviving company is the new owner.

And the new owner - is an esteemed - highly recognized business man with a stellar Bio that commands the respect of Comerica Bank who has collateralized all the preferred stock you are so worried about.

maybe you would gladly load down the ownership Bio from the proxy? I will if youcan't find your way through your wranglin.

You would have been a responsible journalist had you pointed out that ASC could have easily taken the aquisition private - but preferred to maintain its public existense with such a small float and 95% equative common are held by the new owners - and that equity has been pledged for clolaterall.

But - Bob - for some strange reason and unless you can't admit a major blunder in your journalism misrepresenting the picture of the company - my guess is that we will all watch now as you dig your insignificant subject deeper into failure. You have focused a concern on senior debt - which Comerica has also understandably - but you would have been smart to observe the strength that offers to the bottom line as to future equity preferrred or common in the event of M&AA activity.

There ya go - try now!

good luck

In the meantime, would you please go back and slowly read the article itself, and then take another look at JPEI's latest 10-Q.

Bob, I have read it and I really find it hard to believe you were once an F/O. Maybe , since you are such a busy man you could drop some things and spend more time to DD JPEI. Your recent article(s) are all directed at my past picks and that sir is very disturbing. What is it exactly that Joe Copia has done for you to do what you have been doing?

Now take some time and look at the entire picture of JPEI, not just that one "red flag" you are focusing on. You will see the future value of this company that once was a Nasdaq stock trading $7+.
