The first indicator to watch is the SI Hot Talk list. When Stock Attack is not on it you know the bulls are ready to run. They show up here when nervous about which way the wind is blowing. SI scored below 50% on the "hot list", which is a fine complacency measure.

Sold the Dow puts before rally back above 11,100, making nominal profit, and not wanting to risk it to a benign CPI tomorrow morning. Would have done better to wait til close, but I have a bad habits of running winners into losers.

Did XBD show an evening star ? No time to check my candlestick book right now.

XBD index fell below 600 which looks like support and came back to close at that level. Sold portion of Puts a bit early but at a profit. The Sept 580s could have been bought at 10 5/8 Monday and sold today 16 1/8, my timing was nowhere so good on either side of trade.

Will have to watch this 600 level to see how it holds.
