cAPSLOCK: ROFLMAO: A lawyer? Me? No, but I play one on TV. I'm not here to argue with anyone anymore. Are they "hyping", are they genuinely unable to reveal what's going on, or is this all one big scam? Who knows? You're right that it's certainly taking a long time to find out. I've heard the constant rehashing of old news, too. I don't know what's going on, but no one here does either. That's my ONLY point. This board has gotten tiresome. Color me gone for awhile. For now, I guess that would be the money.:-) I too was a bit disappointed when I saw the most recent 10Q but also had to look at the facts of the current music scene and realize that the majority of EDIG's future was and is not totally in their control. Combined that with nondisclosure agreements and we are left with tons of conjecture, personal opinions and dot connecting whenever and where ever possible. It's also why I don't post much. This is not the first time I've had to sit back and wait for a market to catch up with a company's ability to produce. In the past, it has always worked out very well for me. Like PT I've done my DD and am very comfortable just waiting it all out even though it is frustrating at times. In the interim, go produce some more music that we can all listen to while we wait. <gg> I sincerely am looking forward to your next tune. :-) JD

Not once during this time do I recall ever hearing the company crowing about venture capital support or private placements to help move it forward. This leads me to believe EDIG is confident its product(s) WILL produce a revenue stream, that it has faith it'll become profitable. Do you seriously think EDIG blindly, and without good reason, applied for its Nasdaq listing? The run-up came during an excellent market run, coupled overall with some really exciting news in the portable wireless handheld sector. EDIG got great mileage from this, as the market makers knew they could run it and did; making money both on its way up and on its way down. It seems the way the table is now set, that more money can be made for investors who time this right.
