Rude, Dell is moving assets to Open Source platforms with its agreement with Red Hat (working hand in glove to develop across the board transfers). Wouldn't you agree that much of SUNW's market pull has been a direct result of their Open platforms? Dell's announcement with Red Hat in June is just the beginning, yet Dell receives no/little credit for its advancements here. Kumar doesn't even mention it. Does he understand the implications of this platform allignment - basically Open platforms would represent a reallignment of the entire industry?

Also, if SUNW's StarOffice continues it's success, I wouldn't be surprised to see Dell begin to bundle it as an option. In this way SUNW and Dell would partner.
