("Indexonly") today announced that it has sold, through its wholly owned
subsidiary Indexonly Technologies USA Inc., Indexonly.com Regional Licenses for
the state of Arizona and the Houston-Galveston region of Texas. Arizona and
Houston-Galveston (Texas) are the second and third US Regional License
agreements to be announced since the Company's official US launch on July 18,
2000. Mr. Bob Lingscheit is Indexonly's Regional Operator for the entire state
of Arizona. The Houston-Galveston region is one of 5 regions in Texas and is
owned by Regional Operators, Mr. Jerry Vaughan and Mr. Garland Copelin. Under
the terms of the Regional License agreements, each Regional Operator will be
responsible for signing up, training and supporting a network of District
Operators. In turn, these District Operators will be responsible for selling
advertising to local businesses and updating the Indexonly.com online business
directory to include all local businesses in their territory.
The Texas Contingent
Mr. Vaughn is an avid member of the Houston business and volunteer community and
was the national sales manager for an international research laboratory systems
manufacturing firm for a number of years. Mr. Vaughan also holds a Masters
Degree in strategic planning and forecasting from the University of Houston. Mr.
Copelin, a practicing attorney, has management experience with a Fortune 500
Company and 15 years ownership experience in a construction firm. When asked why
