Louis, my read is that US shareholders will not be able to tender so we must sell into the market to cash out. What happens if we don't sell, I don't know. Anyone else have an answer? I plan to sell before expiration but am waiting awhile for a wk.

If I were you I would sell at $4.95 on the open market as I do not know
that you will not end up being a junior partner rather than bought out.

I would not hold your breath waiting for DeBeers to send you a check in the states.
