toowit, Thanks for finding that news release. Maybe, after the farmers harvest their crops the gov't will easy up. Hickory, I've done very well with Hurricane. Still, planning to re-enter ... was hoping oil prices would drop in September; along with the usual weak September in the general stock market. ( oil is going up). Likely, I been too cautious [Kazakhstan risky, but Hurricane has good management, good cash flow, great potential ] I ordered a IBM Thinkpad A20 back in late May ... still waiting for the damn thing ... should be here soon .. need freedom of movement .. so I can watch risky stocks .. especially in the summer ! I'll find my moment to re-buy Hurricane; .. should have many opportunities ?? Thanks, for all the great information. Ron
