"IF WE CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE DELAYS IN QUALIFYING OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITIES, THIS COULD SIGNIFICANTLY DELAY OUR BRINGING COMMERCIAL QUANTITIES OF PRODUCT TO MARKET AND INTERFERE WITH OUR ABILITY TO GENERATE THE REVENUE AND CASH THAT WE NEED TO SUSTAIN OUR BUSINESS." (Emphasis supplied, From page 13 of VLNC 10Q).

The first clause of the above statement discloses continuing delays in qualifying manufacturing. The dependent clause provides a "forward looking statement" as defined in the 10Q. The forward looking statement is not a statement of fact. The dislcosure of continuing delays is a statement of fact.
