Well Carl,

I wouldn't be so quick to gloat over the carcass just yet. After all, they still have mass unemployment in the X-USSR Semiconductor Fab "market",... and lord knows they seem to have little concern over large doses of radiation.

Certainly they won't have any problems getting an export license out of DARPA, DOD or the FTC. Actually I have always suspected that the Russians invented this stuff anyway. (Hee:8)
