and the longs on the Rambus thread threaten contrarians with legal action on a daily basis. Well, that seems a bit exaggerated, I sort of thought the people who had been directly threatened was a rather select club. On the other hand, the current "money for nothing" action on the patent front really goes against the whole world, or at least the whole IT industry, so I guess we're all defendants now.
