OFF TOPIC: William is on vacation. He heads up the Big K thread, which is dedicated to TA, but he and I chat from time to time because we are old Internet pals! Mephisto PS: I didn't hear Mr. Laszlo speak, because I was not invited, which is NOT a surprise. Yesterday, my husband was thrilled when he discovered that he would sit next to Edward O. Wilson for the 90 minute luncheon. Wilson, is at Harvard, and is the creator of the field of sociobiology and author of its defining text, Sociobiology: The New Synhesis, voted by the International Animal Behavior Society as the most influential book of this century. Mr. Wilson has written two Pulitzer-prize winning books, On Human Nature and The Ants I forgot who sat on the other side of my husband, but he was cool too, and the discussion was great, at least from my husband's point of view.
