Too much agreement around here. Where can I go to get some good dissension. <g>

I've sold all my speculative real estate holdings as of last month. Better to be a year early than a day too late.

The boom will end sooner or later. We've just got to watch for the signs. The obvious yield curve inversion is certainly one. The break out in raw materials prices is another.

I'm firmly in the inflation camp. After a brief stay in the deflation camp back in 98- I saw the light... It was the light from Easy Al's printing shop. They were working overtime with the presses. I then came to the realization that any sign of deflation, financial crisis or recession will be answered with more paper.

It is so written in the book of the Fed. So be it. <g>

I plan on loading back up on RE in the upcoming trip to Recessionville. Inflation will be with us for the long term as Al and da boyz bring even more presses online to bring us out of it.
