Tradeportal: I use tradeportal because they have the accounting unit to manage the taxes for the portfolio. BUT they have a lot of bugs on the tax report of account positions. This is the reason I would NOT recommend it to you or any one unless they correct these errors. What it means is that after you trade, the tax accounting program will sort and summarize by ticker and calculate the P/L. Howver, when you trade a ticker beyond 15 times they might miss a couple of trades. The error also randomly on a few trades with erronous amount. I made a list of these errors and sent to the owner of Tradeportal and still have NOT seen them fixed it. SO I have to keep the record on my own. If you really want to try it - call them up or see them at the expo in LA this week. <<< buyer be awared !!!>>>
