"P.S.: re: How do you say "kangaroo" in German? <g>
It's "Känguruh" and as I already said in my first post you won't find any in Austria (well except for some zoos maybe). ;)"

LOL!

Oh, it doesn't matter that we don't have kangaroos in Europe. Apparently, it is an important topic for the politicians who like to regulate everything. Last year they introduced some new German spelling rules (too bad that nobody uses them). So we are supposed to write "Känguru" from now on (but maybe the old "Känguruh" is still possible)..... <g>

I am sure when our brave politicians discuss long enough they will be able to create a new spelling for crocodile as well.

And one more point: The new regulation how to spell Känguru(h) is still one of the better regulations. See what the politicians in Germany are discussing presently:

- A special tax for all new PCs because you can use it to copy music (20$ for every PC). (Almost concluded.)

- An additional special tax for all PCs which have access to the internet and a sound card because you can get the public television via internet. (Suspended until 2002, will probably be introduced in 2003.)

- An additional tax for all PCs in offices with internet access because it enables private surfing for the employees. (Almost concluded.)

- Introduction of an official authorization for anyone who wants to open a computer shop. To get the authorization you have to get special training and go to a special school ("Meisterprüfung") for quite a lot of years. For a transitional period, an exception will be made for those who already have a computer shop. (Main argument: Computers deal with current and current is dangerous so the State has to guarantee a good formation of those people who build computers.)

And quite a lot more but I don't want to bore you any longer....
