Partial Agreement Are we all in agreement that the "Infeneon" referred to in the article referenced here Message 14208635 is the Infineon that 'invented the MMC'? From one of my old bookmarks: "The next generation of cards, due out in 1999, will be able to store two hours of music. The MultiMediaCard comes in two versions. The ROM (Read Only Memory) version can only be used for playing. The Flash version, produced by Siemens partner SanDisk (California), can also record data." NHP
