Looks like some sort of financing activity, but I am hardly an expert in this area - also I am too lazy to read the whole thing LOL. What's a quick summary of this filing ie. what does this mean? If it's any kind of financing I would take that as an excellent sign, it seems to me that POPM has been undervalued due to uncertainty regarding their financial status and ability to raise money. If that were to change then I would think that the company would have to be valued higher based on its technology growth prospects IMO. GP6
