Yeah, but can you believe anything he says regarding his position? Most of his statements in the past about his own assets and holdings sounded like fabrications. He obviously has some agenda, and it's not a charitable effort to improve our positions.

Learn to think independently if you are going to "play" in the market. Read the reports. Distinguish factual statements on status from boilerplate. You guys are so stilted that you cannot comprehend doing something without total self-interest at heart. You do yourself damage.

"- just reposted the warnings from the old SEC documents."

You are a living study on the emotional frailties of weak individuals. You are oblivious to reality. First, the 10Q is current, anything but an "old SEC documents." Second, the 10Q contains numerous statements of fact. Apparently somewhere, somehow, you were told by someone that a 10Q contains only boilerplate and disclaimers that should not be taken seriously or that should be disregarded altogether.

Wake up! The 10Q contains useful information on the current status of the business. It's usefulness is heightened for a company with the stingy information sharing policy of VLNC with its shareholders.
