Thanks for the reply.I am going to print out this quarters numbers and will look at the current figures.One positive note for this company is the fact that it has very little institution investors and when they discover it,it will take off like a rocket.

Speaking of accountants, I have a question requiring that expertise. Would it have been appropriate to issue pro forma numbers for the quarter ending in June considering that the TV Guide acquisition was consummated later?

Just some speculation on my part so I'm somewhat hesitant in even offering it...but, the increase in receivables could be a result of not only the issue of the arb award but also could be a result of the mergers with NuvoMedia and SoftBook and/or the significant ramp-up in advertising revenue.

I'm inclined to believe the advertising revenue may be the item driving the increase.
