If this is what has caused the sell-off, then this should be a buying op, as it is old news.

Heretical thought: Suppose Mr. Icahn is content to let the wheels of justice grind slowly. For if OSIP comes up with something good from the Cadus technology it would enhance the size of an award should Cadus win the patent dispute with Sibia. It will take time for this to develop. But Mr. Icahn might trying to get his technology developed with other people's money, then get his chunk from a win in court/PTO. Of course, if the PTO is bound to rule before OSIP has had a chance to start using their Cadus technology, this is idea all wet. Your thoughts on that timing?

Whatever he's up to, the price looks attractive relative to cash. Methinks I'll double up here.
