Does the non-cash voucher not free up the parents own cash to be used for those such personal spending items?

Hey I don't use the public school system anymore than the private school attendees do. Where's MY voucher? I'll take a rebate on my taxes.

Now don't confuse this with an argument that WE all get some sort of benefit out of the school system. We all certainly do and we pay taxes for it. But when certain taxpayers want a voucher since their kids don't use public schools. Then I want my voucher as well. Cause I don't use public schools anymore than they do.
