Yeah, that reverse split was a bummer, but after a lot of averaging down, I will be in the black when the acquisition/merger is final. Who is acquiring TCMV (NOYR)? Don't know. The press release only said three public co.'s and one private will be merging, and negotiations are still ongoing. Acquisition is subject to shareholder approval. TCMV in a quiet period now. So, buy now under a buck, and get $3 for that share soon. Sounds good, but of course, I would like more info. Check the news releases.
