Were you to do a self install - you possibly would have an idea how to fix your problem - assuming those of us who desire broadband and are willing to do a self install are not all simple morons.

It's possible G. Bell misspoke when he said the self install kit would enable hook up without a truck roll. I have been waiting for a clarification or retraction since the CC.
