Zach, One of the even odds bets, black or red, odd or even, high or low, came up 38 times in a row at Nice, but I don't know which one. I know that the casino made a huge amount of money because of all the double up bettors who played the other one assuming that probability was on their side.

For total safety, I'd prefer Deere in the mid-20s, but it looks pretty attractive in the low 30s.

Funny what a difference the zero(s) make(s).
While the payoff would be 275B/1, the odds with 1 zero are 778B/1, and with 2 zeros, 2.1T/1.

@778B/1 if there are 2 spins / minute 24 x 365 you can expect a 38-banger (on average) once every 740,000 years on a given wheel. Probably every few thousand years somewhere in the world. Of course it *could* happen tomorrow <g>

Hi Zach E. With regard to what happens if you bet on black 37 times in a row at a casino, and win each time, betting the proceeds. (And presumably starting with $1.)

The sad fact is that no casino in the world is capable of paying so handsomely. So what actually happens after about the 12th time you win, is that (if you are lucky and can take a hint) you will find yourself escorted out of the casino by management happy to show that it is possible to win big. If you are not so lucky, or a bit too stubborn, well...

"And yes, if you started out with a $1 bet, you'd have $275 Billion if you kept letting the whole thing ride"

Somehow I think the top end payoff would have been the casino itself.
